1. General Terms and Acceptance

By registering an account with xbjil, you enter into a legally binding agreement with the operator of the xbjil platform (hereinafter referred to as "xbjil," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the complete agreement between you and xbjil governing your use of our services.

You acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision contained herein, you must immediately cease using the xbjil platform and close your account.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirements

To use the xbjil platform, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age or older, in compliance with the legal gambling age requirements established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and applicable Philippine law.
• You must be a resident of the Philippines or located within Philippine territory at the time of account registration and gameplay.
• You must not be prohibited from participating in online gambling activities under any applicable law, regulation, or court order.
• You must not be self-excluded from gambling services or on any national or international exclusion registry.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

xbjil reserves the right to request proof of identity, age, and residency at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure and forfeiture of funds.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

You may register only one (1) account with xbjil. Multiple accounts created by the same individual, whether using different personal details or not, are strictly prohibited. xbjil employs automated and manual verification systems to detect duplicate accounts. If multiple accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be closed, and any balances, bonuses, or winnings forfeited.

During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile phone number, and email address. You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided remains accurate and up to date. You must notify xbjil immediately of any changes to your registered details.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your xbjil account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted under your account is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether you authorized such activity.

If you suspect that your account has been compromised or accessed without your authorization, you must immediately notify xbjil customer support. xbjil is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security over your credentials.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

4.1 Deposits

xbjil accepts deposits via authorized payment methods including GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), bank transfers from Philippine financial institutions (including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and others), and cryptocurrency channels where available. All deposits must originate from a payment account or financial instrument registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed on the xbjil platform and may vary by payment method. Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. xbjil does not charge fees for deposits, though your payment provider may impose its own charges.

4.2 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available account balance at any time, subject to verification requirements and wagering conditions. Withdrawals can only be made to a payment account or financial instrument registered in your legal name and verified through our Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures.

All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. xbjil reserves the right to request government-issued identification (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or national ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal. First-time withdrawals and withdrawals exceeding certain thresholds will require full KYC documentation.

Withdrawal processing times vary by method but are typically completed within 24 hours for GCash and Maya, and within 1–3 banking days for bank transfers. xbjil reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times.

Any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable bonus terms. You may not withdraw bonus funds or associated winnings until all wagering requirements have been satisfied.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

xbjil is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing in accordance with Philippine law and international best practices. We reserve the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any transaction or account that raises concerns. Accounts found to be involved in money laundering or fraudulent activity will be immediately closed, and all funds forfeited and reported to the appropriate authorities.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

xbjil offers various bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game contribution rates, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates. These terms are published on the xbjil platform and form part of these Terms and Conditions.

Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. xbjil reserves the right to refuse, revoke, or cancel any bonus at its sole discretion if we suspect bonus abuse, fraudulent activity, or violation of promotional terms. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to, creating multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses, using betting strategies solely to convert bonus funds, and collusion with other players.

Unless otherwise stated, you may have only one active bonus at a time. Depositing additional funds while a bonus is active does not entitle you to additional bonuses unless explicitly offered by xbjil.

6. Gameplay and Betting Rules

6.1 Game Integrity

All games offered on the xbjil platform are provided by licensed third-party gaming providers whose Random Number Generators (RNGs) and game logic are independently tested and certified for fairness. xbjil does not operate its own proprietary games and does not have the ability to alter game outcomes.

You acknowledge that all casino games carry a mathematical house edge and that, over time, the house edge will favor xbjil. Past results do not predict or influence future outcomes. All gameplay results are determined by certified random processes.

6.2 Prohibited Gameplay Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the xbjil platform:

• Using automated betting software, bots, or any third-party tools to place bets on your behalf.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Collusion with other players, chip dumping, or any form of coordinated play intended to manipulate outcomes.
• Engaging in fraudulent activity, including but not limited to chargeback fraud, stolen payment method use, or providing false identity documents.
• Offensive behavior, harassment, or abusive language directed toward other players or xbjil staff.

Any player found engaging in prohibited activities will have their account immediately suspended or terminated, and all funds forfeited. xbjil reserves the right to report such activities to relevant authorities.

6.3 Sports Betting Rules

For sports betting markets, all bets are settled based on official results as determined by the governing sports authority or league. In the event of a match cancellation, postponement, or abandonment, xbjil will apply standard settlement rules as outlined in our Sports Betting Rules document. You are responsible for understanding the specific rules applicable to each sport and market type before placing bets.

7. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

xbjil is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools to help players maintain control over their gambling activity. We offer the following responsible gaming features:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive alerts after a specified period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the xbjil platform for a period ranging from 24 hours to permanent closure.
• Reality Checks: Periodic notifications of session duration and net win/loss amounts.

If you believe you may have a gambling problem, we encourage you to seek support from professional organizations. You may also activate self-exclusion through your account settings or by contacting our customer support team. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to access your account, and xbjil will not send you any promotional communications.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the xbjil platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and game interfaces, is the property of xbjil or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the xbjil platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the xbjil platform without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, xbjil shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, whether based in contract, tort, or any other legal theory.

xbjil is not responsible for any losses arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to technical failures, internet outages, actions of third-party payment processors, or force majeure events.

In no event shall xbjil's total liability to you exceed the amount of funds you have deposited into your xbjil account during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to liability.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

xbjil reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent or illegal activity.
• Failure to provide requested verification documentation.
• Abuse of bonuses or promotions.
• Offensive or abusive behavior toward other players or staff.

If your account is closed for breach of these Terms, any remaining account balance may be forfeited. If your account is closed for reasons not related to a breach by you, any remaining genuine balance (excluding bonus funds or disputed winnings) will be returned to you following completion of all necessary verification and security checks.

You may close your account at any time by contacting xbjil customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance. Accounts with a zero balance for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be deemed dormant and subject to closure.

11. Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding the xbjil platform, you should first contact our customer support team, who will attempt to resolve the matter informally. If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided by customer support, you may escalate the dispute by submitting a formal written complaint to our designated compliance officer.

All disputes arising from or relating to these Terms and Conditions or your use of the xbjil platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

12. Amendments to Terms

xbjil reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will reflect the date of the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email or through a notice on the xbjil platform.

Your continued use of the xbjil platform after any amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to any changes, you must cease using the platform and close your account.

13. General Provisions

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and xbjil with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings.

The failure of xbjil to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms will be effective only if in writing and signed by an authorized representative of xbjil.

These Terms and Conditions are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and a translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.
